I loved all the products in Sobeys. They were all easy and pretty affordable. They had a variety of options to choose from. The website was pretty self-explanatory.

What a convenice to have groceries delivered right to your door by Voila by Sobeys
The service was so convenient and they’re super organized! Here are some amazing things about their service:
- They come right on time, just make sure you’re home because they want to ensure you receive your groceries
- They missed me the first time and left me a note, with time and info to reschedule and they came within 2 hours.
- Their truck is isolated with a fridge and they separate the bags that need to be chilled with a green mark (check my stories) - makes it easier for packing away your groceries
- The delivery man was super professional and offered if I needed any further help
- After COVID is over, they will be collecting and buying your plastic bags for 5 cents each from any grocery store♻️👏

well organized service

I received a code from Chick advisor to use Voila service.I found all the products in proper condition with proper temperature maintenance. I feel this service quite efficient but you have to pay service fee as it is not a free delivery service

Amazingly easy

This made my life extremely easy as I am a mom of a 2 year old little boy with a husband who works construction so he was an essential worker through all of these crazy times. With my son not being able to wear a mask this made it convenient that I could still do groceries but not leave the house!!

Too Good to Be True

I received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer. This delivery service certainly delivers high-quality products, especially the produce. They also have plenty of sales on their website that is competitive with other grocery delivery services. However, I had booked my delivery time for a 1-hour slot, and not only did they message me hours earlier that they were in the neighborhood, but they parked their truck in front of my home for a good hour and a half before my slot, and I was forced to call them from complaints from my landlord, and get my stuff delivered when I was in the middle of other things, way before my time slot. Another downfall is that their dairy and bread products have poor expiry dates. Apparently, they only guarantee a 7-day freshness date so don't expect your eggs, milk, or yogurt (especially) to last very long! I would not recommend this service to others.

Not worth it for our family personally

The Voila service by sobeys is a good service. We have been ordering delivery from Walmart for several months since the pandemic started and I found this a great opportunity to try another service, especially being limited to options in our town. Voila did very well when it came to service. Shopper came to our door and greet us, socially distanced with gloves and mask. Very friendly! Our other service does not provide this. The price is fair at $7 for delivery. Products at sobeys are generally more expensive, so that was a downside for us, however they do carry some higher end brand that are harder to find at more budget stores. The biggest challenge keeping us from switching to them is the ability to Update your cart throughout the week. At Walmart, you can do this. I haven’t this this choice available anywhere else. So in summary, great service, but overall not a fit for our Particular needs.

This was amazing !!

I went online and was surprised that there were so many amazing available times the next day for the groceries to be delivered !

I found the Voila website super easy to use and there were some pretty amazing deals as well .....

I picked 9-10 am window and I received an email at 8 am saying the groceries were picked and on the way !

At 9:01 AM he was at my door !!!! what amazing service, the driver confirmed that he did a temperature check and all groceries were in stock and shipped ...

Who wants to go to the store when life is this easy ??? This will definitely be my go to from now on ...... WOW

Good service

I was very excited to try out Voila by Sobeys because of the ongoing pandemic. This was a wonderful time for them to launch because so many families would prefer to do their grocery shopping online and avoid stores. Overall, I liked the service. However, there were a lot of items that were not available online that are usually well stocked in all Sobeys stores. Sobeys is also usually a higher price point than other grocery stores but I do not mind paying the difference as I can do the shopping from the comfort of my home. The real home run was the delivery. It was very fast and the the delivery driver communicated very well. I will say though, the delivery fee was a little high. $7.99 is a lot (especially if you are just ordering for 1-2 people) but hopefully Sobeys will run promos in the future which waive the delivery fee or offer discounts. Alternatively, they should launch a premium service that waives delivery fees if you pay for an annual membership. Generally, I am impressed with this service. I did receive $25 off my first order as part of the Product Review Club.

Needs work

I found voila extremely disappointing to use as their was lack of options in products, price points were high and I struggled to fulfill the required amount. I definitely felt I didn’t save money or feel like it was convenient and it left a sour taste. Product was fresh and on time for delivery.

Great when you need some help!

I was selected by @chickadvisor to try out the new online grocery and delivery service by @voila.ca

I received a discount coupon from @chickadvisor and wasn’t sure if I would be able to use it and then both of my kiddos got sick and my husband was stuck at work and it was an absolute miracle!

I ordered my groceries on Sunday morning for delivery Monday morning. I kept thinking of things to add to my order and I was able to update and revise it all day Sunday. The driver called when he was 15 min away so I knew to go put on a bra (I’m exhausted) and my delivery apt was from 9-10 and he showed up at 9:15, out the groceries on my doorstep and explained to me that they were all at the right temperature.

I doubt that I will use this all of the time because there’s less selection and I’m sure things could be cheaper if I shop around, but when I’m in a bind or have a busy week I will definitely use this service again.
