great for pain relief

Voltarol is a gel to help ease muscle pain. It contains diclofenac which eases the muscle pain. it comes in a 100gram tube not sure its value for money . in saying that it is very effective. Gentle on your skin. It leaves a sticky feeling whilst it soaks in quickly. always wash your hands after use.
