There are 2 layers of PB filling and 3 layers of wafer in each cookie. The portion is 3 cookies for 150 calories. The wafer portion of the cookie is soft and melts in your mouth. The cream portion of the cookie adds a mild sweetness but the peanut butter also has a salty component to it. The peanut butter cream is creamy and smooth. This peanut butter does not taste processed or artificial. The cookie is light and it’s good if you are craving a peanut butter dessert.

I got a pack of these from Food Basics for around $2.99. Each pack is filled with a tone of cookies, enough to serve to guests or keep around your house for several snacking episodes while sharing with others.
