Voortman Coconut Cookies are a simple cookie that is light and has a fresh flavor. These are perfect for a coconut lover. I enjoy coconut and I like a lighter cookie so these were a winner for me. They are not too large so one or two is the perfect end to a busy day for me. The coconut flavor is not overwhelming, but just enough to be satisfying. My tween is not a huge coconut fan but she really likes the Voortman wafers. I love to bake and I think these would be good as part of a recipe for a coconut cake or loaf bread. You know that something is delicious when your children walk in from school and before you get the chance to ever get a bite of something, it becomes addictive and it disappears before you ever get to take a bite. I'm not sure which one decided that they were going to eat mom's one cookie, but I didn't even get ONE bite of these!
I now feel left out. However, I do know one type of cookie that can be bought from the store that they WILL eat and it not go to waste.
As for photos, I couldn't even get those for the review. I had NO chance!

The Voortman Coconut cookies are absolute perfection. I am not usually a Coconut lover but I am now. They have the perfect coconut flavor and I love that they are made with all natural flavors and ingredients. #GotItFree

The coconut cookies have the taste of the tropics in them! The real shredded coconut in the cookies made it amazing! This is the best coconut cookie ive ever had!
