Coconut crazy

I bought these sugar free coconut wafers about a month or so ago when I was grocery shopping. I was a bit hesitant, thinking that "oh these cant be THAT good", man was I wrong! I LOVED these wafers. They by far are the best guilty pleasure for a diabetic without all the normal sugar that'd be packed in to these bad boys. I loved the crisp snap of the wafer as you bite it, the awesome coconut flavor in between the layers of wafer. DELICIOUS!
