Good taste

I buy this brand of sugar free cookies all the time.
The pecan shortbread have a good flavor.
I buy these for a pre diabetic member of my family.
However the pecans, even though they are finely chopped, seem to not go well if you wear dentures.

Not for me.

I bought these cookies recently at my local Walmart, its the first my location has started selling these that I know of. I'm a huge fan of shortbread cookies to begin with, so when I seen these I just HAD to try them. Upon opening these cookies I loved the smell, they smelt so good. The crunch of the cookie was great, but the flavor just fell flat for me. I was expecting close to the traditional tasting shortbread but it isn't anywhere near it. The most you can taste from the cookie is the pecans. It's a great cookie for someone who dosn't like a whole lot of sweetness, but being a diabetic & craving a cookie, I'm looking for a sweet rich cookie taste. Its not a horrible cookie, just not what I was looking for.
