not as described

I ordered two minnie mouse canvas pictures for my daughter's room. They were cute and description said they glow in the dark. I thought they would be cute to add a little bit of light to her room at night even if it's not much but they don't even glow. What a bummer. They shouldn't even mention that they glow. They are cute but I felt ripped off.
