The cooking time of 14 minutes is actually accurate, which was surprising. What was also surprising was the tender beef, fresh tasting broccoli, fluffy rice and yummy brown sauce. The only problem was the serving size. The package says it serves two, but my husband wasn’t quite satisfied with the serving. He actually ate another plate full of ribs and our own rice a few hours later. So, other than the serving size, the meal was great. I could have definitely eaten two “servings” of that beef and broccoli.

The Wanchai Ferry Beef & Broccoli frozen entrée is really delicious and you can try it so cheap you really have no excuses.
