My new favourite!

I received these as a free sample to try and these are now my new favourite! I love that these aren’t full of chemicals. The wipes themselves are fairly strong and don’t fall apart with use. I found that they held a lot of moisture unlike other wipes I’ve used. They left my skin feeling clean. I will definitely be buying these the next time I need wipes.

Only wipes I use!

My daughter got terrible diaper rashes every time she would get teeth. A friend suggested water wipes, and my daughters relief was almost instant. Before water wipes it was so sad trying to wipe her. Other wipes caused irritation and hurt her bottom. Since having my son, water wipes are all I will use.

Great product

Wipes seem to be a little on the thin side, but still very durable. It's nice to see baby products using the very bare minimum ingredients and still being good quality will definitely be buying

Awesome for sensitive skin

Baby wipes are always on hand in our house, vehicles and camper yet we don't have a baby. These work well for kids and adults to clean up after using the washroom or to quickly wash a dirty face. I love these and am grateful for the sample I was sent. I will be buying these from now on. They are soft, no strong scent and my child with eczema can use it on her face with no issues.

The best wipes for babies

My son struggled with name brand wipes bugging hes skin but after just water wipes he skin has been clean and smooth now changing time isn't a fuss no more. Life changed.

Just use water and a washcloth instead!

I love the idea of products with clean and minimal ingredients, so I was happy to receive this as a sample to try. They say that the only ingredients are water and a drop of fruit extract. I’m not entirely sure what the fruit extract is supposed to be for, but this is basically the same as wetting a towel with water and using it as a wipe, except much more expensive. Overall if you are looking for something that won’t aggravate the skin and something that you can use on the go, this might be for you. Otherwise, just good old water on a cloth works just as well!

WaterWipes baby wipes are designed to help clean newborn babies and those with sensitive skin. The liquid solution used in the product is comprised of 99.9% water and includes a drop of fruit extract (contains traces of benzalkonium chloride).

The original wipes are made in Ireland. They are hypoallergenic and have been approved by The Vegan Society. The product has zero percent artificial fragrance, sulphates and colours and it has received the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance.

The baby wipes are not flushable: They are a blend of 80% polyester and 20% viscose, meaning that only 20% of their materials are biodegradable. This statistic leaves WaterWipes ranking low in the biodegradable category; however the company sets its standards high and aims to make its product 100% biodegradable by 2021.

To test the durability of WaterWipes, I placed one sheet into a 1:1 water-and-vinegar solution 10pm-7am, 9 hours) and soaked the wipe overnight.

I also used 2 wipes from the sample and used them with Vim cleaner to clean the interior of my bathtub. I was surprised that the wipes did not immediately disintegrate after 5 minutes of abrasive use.

WaterWipes deserves its stature as “the world's purest baby wipes,” but this product may not be one with the most germ-fighting power. WaterWipes does not contain alcohol, a central germ-killing ingredient found in most commercially-sold baby wipes. This means that parents may wish to add extra steps into the cleaning of their baby's diaper area.

Overall, I give this product a fairly good rating. They live up to their claim as being the gentlest on a baby's skin. For newborns WaterWipes seem like a great choice. However, once babies are on solids, additional bacteria is introduced into the child's digestive system and this means that a wipe with more germ-fighting power is recommended.

Great to keep in your bag

I wanted wipes that I could keep in my bag that were safe for hands and face. My child likes to eat and her face had a reaction to the wipes we use for her bum (even though she doesn’t have a reaction there). Maybe it’s just more sensitive skin on her face. Either way. I love that they come in smaller packs and are easy to take with us. And because they are mostly water, I feel good knowing that they are safe for hands and face. I now just give them to her and she wipes her own face. Definitely worth it. They cost a bit more but if your child has sensitive skin, these have been great.

Love Waterwipes but not the price

We would use these all the time. I love that they are so gentle on the skin and don’t have a chemical smell. They work so well but they cost so much for what you get. $44 at walmart for 540 when you can get 1200 pampers wipes for $25. 1/2 the price for double the wipes... i lean if you have the money go for it they are great but for those of us living paycheck to paycheck its tough to afford.
