I like these because the vitamins and minerals come in their more natural forms and not the artificial ones present in most drugstore brands (and even some health store brands). They're in a fruit base so hopefully you're getting some of the phytonutrients and trace minerals that those natural sources contain and not just getting the extracted vitamins themselves.

I take it as an alternative for my vitamin C... I used it every night... I notice I become slim so I checked again the pack, although the taste seems uncomfortable at first then you become well afterward.

Love to bring this Vitamin C along that just dissolve into water and drink it with orange flavor. My boys also like it too! Especially nowadays not everyday get adequate vitamin c and fruits intake.
