This is a well priced Calcium supplement. Not the best quality, not very well absorbed either but you get what you pay for.

My Boyfriend bought me these caplets because my legs would ache all the time! I thought i needed potassium but my doctor recommended calcium/magnesium. So I gave it a try, and after a couple months, i realized how good i felt. I had more energy, Going for long hikes again. I am so happy i tried this and recommend this to everyone.
