I talked to my doctor and decided a biotin supplement could help. With the help of other biotin and collagen shampoos and serums, my hair is noticeably becoming thick again.

Does it work, or is it hype?

I noticed an increase in nail growth, but not anything measurable in terms of hair growth. I did notice that my skin broke out a lot. I also read about counteractions with other medications, and that taking biotin may have more adverse effects than positive effects. I stopped taking it.

i got this capsule at superatore because im searching for something that will helps me from hair loss after born the baby its really effective i used it for a month and i got lots of baby hair ..my hair line is always itchy and figure out its because of the baby hair that growing my skin get smoother also and my nails get better i definitely recommend this its a must for me..
