I have to be honest, but the thought of taking an Omega 3 liquid did not appeal to me at all. But out of curiosity, I tried it. This was the best decision made. It is a great product as far as flavor (very light, not heavy or oily as i mistakenly thought) and not at all cloyingly sweet. It's very easy to take. I have only been taking it for a short while (~2 weeks) so it's really too early to tell if there have been any health improvements. Try it, you'll like it!
