Sleepless nights be gone!

We use melatonin on a regular basis in the household. It was recommended by our paediatrician for the kiddos and I use it myself too on restless nights. We buy the chocolate mint flavour sometime which makes it more enjoyable to taste. We sometimes add it to our warm bedtime tea to make it “sleepy tea”.

I would buy this product again

The only thing wrong with this product is that I find I have to take two of the pills in order for them to be effective. So I would keep that in mind buying this.

Great for the whole family

We were originally using a different brand that was double the price, since my children use it too, as per our paediatricians advice the quick dissolve is important. We only use 3 mg and I was told my son can use it every night, if need be ( he’s 10) it works great no weird feelings the next day.. just a easy easy to way to gently fall asleep.

I use these for occasional help falling asleep. They do dissolve quickly and have a minty taste. I like them because they work, and they're not gross to take. They do make me feel a little groggy sometimes in the morning.
