Yes, it's known to build healthy teeth and build stronger bones, but, it is also used in auto-immune disorders, and disease prevention . You get vit. D from a great deal of sun exposure, but,for those who cannot tolerate or be out in the sun in certain situations, could use Vit. D.
Webber's is not as expensive as others, but, it works for me.
