A healthy, whole grain cereal.
Weetabix is such a healthy cereal. You can eat it with cold or warm milk and add pretty much any thing from fruit, yogourt, honey, sugar, nuts and so much more. It's perfect for those watching what they eat or go anyone looking for a healthy start to the day. It's made with whole grains and unlike it cereals the ingredient listing is short. It's made up of only four ingredients and contains only 2 grams of sugar per serving.
I honestly expected this cereal to taste more bland than it actually is but I enjoyed the lightly sweetened taste. It does turn to mush soon after adding the milk but I don't mind this texture when it comes to shredded wheat and other types of these cereals. Because of the texture aind the fact that it softens soon after adding milk I often feed this cereal to my eight month old baby. It's healthy, inexpensive and she likes it.
Trying to cut down on sugar then try Weetabix. Add some blueberries, raspberries or strawberries to add a bit of sweetness if you want. Keeps your tummy full and is very low in sugar.

The biscuits themselves (24 to a package, or 12 servings) are light, crisp, and flaky.
Weetabix is great with milk
add low-fat milk (1% or 2%), the biscuits soak the milk up very quickly. If you don't eat your Weetabix right away, the biscuits will break apart and your morning cereal will be a little soggy.delicate flavor and pleasant texture.
