The on-line version is better priced than the meetings if you don't have time to make it to the centres. I have done both the online and the meeting version and I find I miss the leaders talks and the one to one support and the accountability of the meetings. The program does work if you follow it and you can find support from the on-line communities. I think it depends on your motivation and what kind of environment works best for your weight loss efforts.
