I love the online supportive community and how easy the program is to do in an online environment!

Weight Watchers has always had great success in helping people lose and maintain a heathy weight. Now that they are online there is a lot more support for WW members.

I love that WW has given people the ability to keep track online, point their own family recipes and provide loss charts. Very user friendly. The cost per month could be more reasonable.

I've done weight watchers both as meetings as well as online. It works! I appreciate the convenience of the online version, and it's much cheaper than the meetings. If you have a hard time staying true to yourself.. then I would go with the meetings, as you feel more accountable when someone is weighing you in :o) There are lots of recipes, I just with more of the products were available in canada!
