    Perfect in Smoothies

    I am totally psyched that Welch's came out with this idea of frozen fruit and veggies together in a bag - perfect mixes for smoothies! I love that this has the added benefit of some veggies without having to taste it! This one - Red Twist is: strawberry, grape, raspberry, cherry and carrot!
    Highly recommend!
