Helped a little, but not worth side effects

I was so optimistic when I received Weliva to try out. Pros: Improved my mood fluctuations. Reduced my hot flash frequency and duration slightly - around 10 percent.
Cons: I had a constant headache while taking this medication and my stomach was upset 3-4x per week.
I truly hope this helps others. Unfortunately, this just was not effective enough for me to justify the side effects.

Relief and comfort

I’ve been noticing a huge change in my body and the way I’ve been feeling lately. These supplements have been extremely helpful with my night time sweats which have become extremely uncomfortable.

Lifesaver!

Fantastic product that should be offered to perimenopausal women. Ube been suffering from a number of symptoms like headaches, night sweats and irritability. Due to some health concerns I'm not a candidate for hormonal products. I love that this is safe and natural, and I feel happy to report it has helped reduce my symptoms immensely. I am also happy this is a Canadian product.

Great product but not for me!

as lucky to be selected to try out @weliva_ca Cimidona menopause relief through an @thisisbutterly campaign. While I did find that it did help a little my fatigue from perimenopause, it did not help me with my hot flashes and night sweats. I did like that the pills were easy to swallow and didn't upset my sensitive tummy. Unfortunately, I will not be adding this to my daily routine. Thank you to @thisisbutterly and @weliva_ca for allowing me to try your product!

No PMS symptoms!

I have been taking Weliva for 6 weeks now. I had my first period after being on it for about 2 weeks and my next period is due shortly. I have PMDD and normally have heinous pms symptoms. I'm irritable, irrational, and feel like I'm in a fog for days. My period actually surprised me for the first time! I had zero PMS symptoms. And with my next period due any day, again I have zero symptoms. I feel great! Also my cramps for my period were less and my flooding was not as bad. It felt like what I would have experienced 10 years ago, not as a 45 year old woman. I highly recommend trying Weliva. This has legitimately changed my world and also been so much better for my relationship. In turn, my libido has also been much higher...which I'm assuming is related. I'm very happy with all of this!

Natural Alternative to Menopause Symptoms

I had been in peri-menopause for a while but it was only since this last spring that I had started experiencing symptoms of menopause. Been grappling with certain symptoms like: mood changes, hot flashes, periodic night sweats, tiredness, headaches, joint pain, and sleep issues. Works really well

I signed up with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I found I had less hot flashes and night sweats. Overall a great product and the pill is small, easy to swallow.

Took the heat off!

These tablets worked well at giving me some sleep and taking away those dreadful night sweats! Hot flashes didn’t stand a chance. Thank you for the opportunity to try this amazing new product!

Unsure about this

During the cycle I took Weliva, I did not believe I felt any significant improvement in my perimenopausal symptoms. This wouldn't be unusual, however, since my symptoms are not consistent. During the second cycle, however, my symptoms were completely off the chart. I have no real way of knowing if it was related to taking the pills the month before or not.
