When I use to color my own hair at home this was my go to developer and hair dye brand. A good rule of thumb when mixing up your own dye and developer is the lighter you want to go the higher the volume ex. Blonde blonde= 30-40 Volume, brown to dark brown= 10-20 volume. And I'll tell ya, don't mix the color tango line with the color charm line. Lol it won't hold NEARLY as well. I believe you can purchase it at Sally's Beauty Supply stores. And it's way more affordable than one would think ;) hope this helps someone out!
