Had to wash my hair again

Received this as a gift and was very disappointed in the way it left my hair , followed directions and after drying my hair I had to wash it again, my hair felt heavy with build up, dull and heavy not happy only good thing was the smell .

I tried so hard to like this as it was recommended by a friend. As a hairdresser I put my hair through hell and back. I was looking forward to using a gentler approach to my cleaning routine. I found that when I began using Wen, there was an increase in shedding of my hair. Over several months I lost a good amount of hair and it never felt truly clean. I would not reccomend this at all.

After seeing this product advertised on TV and in YouTube videos I decided to give this a try. This was the worst cleansing conditioner I've ever used. It turned my hair very greasy and was not manageable at all. This product made it very hard to be able to brush my hair after showering.

I first tried Wen after reading about it on a few different blogs. I ordered the product and brought it home. As soon as I got home I tried it out and was very disappointed with the results. Like most others said I found that a lot of product was needed for each wash, I found that my hair felt greasy, itchy and just not clean after using it. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. I have heard some people love this product but after personal use I am not a fan.

I ordered this product off TV for what I thought was a really good deal considering the great reviews I had read about. The first time I used it I was sooooo happy , my hair felt amazing and looked really nice , I was thrilled I had made the purchase. However , after the 3rd time using the product my hair felt like it hadnt been washed in a month, it was gross , it felt awful . It took me at least 4 more shampoos to get the Wen product off my hair, I would NEVER buy this product again.

This stuff is a major money grab. I had been dying to use this because I have naturally thick dry hair. My sister bought this for me as a gift, and it was a total waste of the $60.00 + she spent on it. The scent (mint) was not very glamorous either. All in all very disappointed.

My hair was greasy and slimey. My scalp became very itchy. Since I've stopped using it, my hair feels normal again.
