    It's ok

This is a good product, not miraculous as they make it seem on T.V. though. It did leave my hair clean and nice, but I don't really think its worth the price and all the extra time it takes to wash your hair. Its really pricey since you need a lot of product and the bottle is really expensive.

    Drying!

This conditioner is so drying to my hair it’s sad! I got 3 bottles as a gift, and I can’t even use them, my hair feels like straw and is very frizzy afterwards. I co-wash so hearing how fantastic this brand is I though i would give it a try. It’s all drying alcohols. Just a big fat no! 😔

I really wanted to give this product a try because I hate the idea of using shampoos that coat your hair in a waxy layer or strip the natural oils. Unfortunately using this product left my hair quite greasy and I ended up switching back to regular shampoo within 2 weeks. You need to use a very substantial amount of this product according to the bottle (20 pumps for my length of hair) and I still found that it didn't do a good job at cleansing my hair to the point that it didn't look greasy. A positive though is that it smells amazing (I used lavender), so I used the rest of the bottle up as a conditioner after cleansing my hair with a regular shampoo.

After seeing commercials for Wen, I was excited to try it. I ordered it online and waited for it to be delivered. I called customer service after waiting 3 weeks. They had some problems finding my order, then assured me it would be sent soon. It finally arrived 2 weeks later.
The instructions tell you to use between 10-32 pumps depending on the length of your hair. I thought that was a lot!! The first time I just used enough to saturate my hair. After drying and styling my hair, I found my hair was still frizzy, it didn't help. So next time I used the recommended amount and it left my hair feeling greasy. I would never purchase this again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Was really disappointed with this product.

After reading all of the reviews and seeing different testimonials, I was really excited to try this. I had high hopes, sadly, I shouldn't have.

I've used the product for about a week now, thinking I needed to give it a better chance - my hair looks greasy within 4-6 hours of use and feels extremely dry.

Will not purchase again, definitely do not recommend.

The instructions on the bottle encourage you to use 11-15 pumps of product per use which is ridiculous seeing as the price is nearly 40$ a bottle. Even the conditioner meant for thin, fine hair had my hair feeling extremely heavy and greasy, in addition most of them have unique scents that I would describe as an aquired smell; many people will not enjoy the scent of their products.
