THE best gluten free flour available in BC!

Let me just start with - this is the one and only flour blend you need to buy if you are a gluten free person. It tastes amazing, it had a great texture and isn't bitter like others based off of chickpea flour. It is made locally a couple cities over from me in Langley, BC in Canada, so it's wonderful that something like this comes from just next door. I can bake myself and my partner baked goods, breads, dumplings, and more confidently with this. You can find it very seldomly at groceries stores, which is a downfall, but you can order it online from their factory, which makes up for that. I would recommend this product to anyone on the difficult path of gluten free baking. Just add some xanthin gum and you are good to go!
