Although I personally found this cake too sweet (I'm personally not a fan of buttercream though) for my liking, my sister in law (who is Celiac) absolutely loved it! Its so wonderful to be able to find options for people with allergies! The cake is beautiful and available almost anytime at Thrifty's; we've never not been able to take one home for a special birthday party! Very creamy and soft consistency make it very similar to a traditional birthday cake. Fabulous option for GF individuals!
