Loved this burger!

As a queso lover, I was excited when I saw this promotion. Admittedly, I ordered the burger without the salsa, and it was amazing. I would definitely order this sandwich again in the future.

Messy but Good!

Ordered this out of curiosity, and was happily surprised! Most fast food chains with "spicy" additions usually fall short, but not the Bacon Queso! The burger itself was juicy and well made, although the excess sauce dripped out of the sandwich, compelling me to use the wrapper to hold it. This burger definitely reached my expectations, and kept my tongue tingling without overdoing it!

Wendy's Bacon Queso Burger is a quarter-pound of fresh beef, topped with warm and spicy poblano queso, three strips of Applewood smoked bacon, fire-roasted salsa, red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese served on a toasted red jalapeno bun.
The bun is very nice and has a bit of a kick but the burger was just okay. Don't get me wrong, I love how nice and spicy it is, the beef is good and I also do enjoyed the queso, cheese and bacon but I think the addition of the red onion and the fire-roasted salsa are a bad ideal. To me, the salsa tasted like refried beans and ruined the taste of the burger. I wanted a burger with queso as the "star" of the sandwich, not their take on a Tex-mex burger. If I order it again, I'll make sure to remove those 2 ingredients.
