Not my favourite cheese - very rubbery, bland flavour. Small children, who are not used to sharp or aged cheeses, seem to like this, but my kids often left it behind. We like cheese that tastes like cheese, with no dye. I probably won't buy it again. Ended up using this for grilled cheese, and even though it melted well, the flavour was poor.

Grates evenly, smoothly and thin. Melts evenly, has a rich taste. The block lasts for quite sometime, but in this household it lasts for a few weeks.
