This is an odd review as I do recommend this WF Pumpkin Flax Granola, however, I will not buy it again as it is way too high in sugar. Also, it does taste "really good" but sometimes, again, the sugar is too much and it does not taste good.

A little Tid Bit about Western Family Products, it is an Overwaitea Food Group Brand, and many of their products are actually made by Name Brands and then just labelled with the Western Family Name. So, never say no just because you don't see that particular name brand, never hurts to try right?

But if you like a crunchy granola that doesn't go soggy in milk, has nice big clusters of large oats, lots of pumpkin seeds and tons of flax seed, this is for you, just a hint too much sweet.

this granola is very crunchy & super tasty. It doesn't turn soggy. It's low in sodium & high in dietary fiber. The sugars are reasonable too. I like to add fruit to it as well.
