great topcoat

I buy this top coat very regularly as i use it every single time I do my nails! it works great as a top coat and a base coat to keep my nails healthy and shiny! I find it at my local dollarama for only $1 a bottle so you cant beat the price and value! It dries quickly and makes my polish really stand out! highly recommended!
