I have been buying this product OVER and OVER again! It is by far my favorite drugstore liquid liner. I always purchase the color dark brown as it appears very DARK. I think the black would be too harsh on me.
But the brush applicator is perfect size and small enough to help you draw that precise winged cat eye.
I LOVE it!
I am probably on my 8th liner!

HG liquid eyeliner - the brush is thin enough for me to make the perfect wing and the formula is super dark and pigmented.. I've been using this for years and it's never failed me!
