Surprisingly Disappointed

Maybe I just got a bad batch, but this highlighter did not impress me. I have multiple wet n wild highlighters that are awesome and insanely good for the value (other megaglo highlighter powders/color icon highlighter), but this one just barely gave me any glow. :(
