I bought my Whirlpool Cabrio Washer about 2 years ago now and I love it. There's cons and pros just like every other product and I'll list them in one second, but overall I love my washer and I'd recommend.
1. It's a huge washer, it fits like 3 regular loads into one load. Which is great for me because I have a family of six and laundry never stops here.
2. It has so many washing options, even steam clean. You can wash any load literally any way you can imagine. There's several extra options like deep water or normal, steam clean, oxi add in, and you can adjust temps and the soil level.
3. One downfall is it sometimes can take up to two hours for one load. It weighs out your load after the lid locks.
4. It says you can use powder by removing the tray, well in my experience that's not true. The powder clumped up and stuck to my clothes. So I recommend you DO NOT use any powder detergent.
5. If your clothes are heavy on one side of the tub of the washer then there's a good chance you'll have soaking wet clothes when the cycle is done. And I couldn't ever get it to spin out no matter how many items I'd take out. I'd have to ring out those clothes by hand and put them in the dryer, but the washer will work just fine after that.
6. It's a well known problem in these washers if your hot water tap doesn't work them this washer will not work properly AT ALL. No matter what you try to do. You have to have hot water to this washer constantly whether you're washing in hot or not.
7. It's a well known problem that within a year my valve on one of my hoses screwed up and got stuck closed and my washer started popping up error codes and I had to have a tech come out and fix it. Luckily it was still under warranty, but after doing research it is a well known problem. The downfall is I had to wait over 2 weeks because that part was on back order.
Other than those issues this washer is amazing. I never have had problems washing my comforters or my clothes. It's a exceptional machine other than those few glitches.
