Whiteway's Peardrax is the best tasting soft drink that most people have not heard of. It has UK roots but is now only popular in Trinidad and Tobego. It is a light, sweet pear flavour injected with just the right amount if carbonation that is by no means overpowering. It couples well with a chicken dinner, with pasta and cream sauce or even a green salad. I prefer this over all other soft drinks. However it is only sold in limited grocery stores such as Loblaws and Super centre. On occasion you may also find it at No Frills.since it is imported it is not cheap running a few dollars per glass bottle.
