I received a sample of this and I loved it. It’s made with oat milk and rice cream extracts and the scent is amazing and one of the best conditioner scents I have used. It lathers really well and smooths nicely. My hair was very soft and moisturized after using. It’s gentle so it’s great for anyone with sensitive scalps. I liked it so much after one use that I’ll definitely be buying a bottle.

This is a great conditioner. I love the way it makes my hair feel soft, shiny, and frizz-free. At least my hair smelling great throughout the day. And I really recommend it.

Did the Job

received this in the mail as a sample, so I can't speak for price. As for quality, it made my hair soft and combable and smelled nice. I don't think I can really say that anything stood out about this conditioner. It did the job it was supposed to do. I didn't find it to be anything special that I would buy it over my regular brand.

Love it!

It was very gentle on my hair, didn’t make it feel greasy or weighed down, I color my hair and it didn’t effect the color at all, would buy again!!!!!

It was ok

It was an ok conditioner, but at the price I doubt I'd get it again for just ok. It smells really nice, but I find the shampoo and conditioner themselves to be very heavy. I would buy it again if it was on sale plus I had a coupon, which is what I did to obtain it this time.

Great smell and does wonders for my hair. It does not feel like I am putting on oil like most conditioners. I like the whole blends line in general. This conditioner pairs well with it's shampoo counter part. I would recommend this. I have oil scalp.

Delicacy for my fine hair !!

What a wonderful treat for my hair trying the New #GarnierWholeBlends Oat Delicacy Conditioner that I totally loved and can't wait to purchase this product again. The soft combination of Oat Milk & Rice Cream was mildly scented and made my fine hair and scalp feel so wonderful and soft and is perfect for my fine aging hair. Thanks Garnier for another awesome product that I had the opportunity to try !!

Smells great feels better

New product it has a great smell to it and your hair feels amazing after using this and its duo shampoo. Highly recommend this. Whole blends shampoo and conditioners are my favs

Not a fan

I love the whole blends line so naturally when I saw a new one I was excited. The smell of this is amazing I could smell it for the whole day. But other then that I’m not a fan. I have very long hair and need a good conditioner that will help get out tangles but this did not help with that at all and made my hair feel dry and dull. Would not buy again.
