Love My Wii Fit Plus
I love my Wii Fit Plus! I have had it for many years now and I like using it for a fun way to exercise when time allows. The yoga exercises are my favorite on this game. Also, I like that it weighs me and keeps my progress as well! It gets your heart pumping and I would definitely recommend this game for anybody who wants to exercise at home in an amusing way!
I really enjoy using my Wii Fit Plus on days when its too cold or wet to get out and exercise. It has a lot of great execises and games. It has cardio, balance games but it also has strength training and yoga. I also like that the wii fit board is a scale and you can check in regularily and use the game to keep track of your weight and your progress. It is also fairly inexpensive... A lot less than a gym membership.
This is an awesome little gadget. There are lots of levels to keep you interested, and having it focus on five key types of fitness means that you're working out your whole body. My cat loves it too - as soon as he hears the music he comes running, and joins in. Especially with the yoga - he tries to catch the little red dot. I love this because it has been good right from the beginner level and now I'm at intermediate. The only catch is that it's not very social - going to the gym once in a while at least I can meet new people, but on the same token, it might be embarrassing to do some of these things with anyone watching! I've lost 15 pounds already and feel way better than I did when I started.
I love that you can track your progress. The games are great and fun. I love the yoga and step classes. It makes getting in shape fun and interesting
Well, I've had this product for a few years now and I can count the number of times I've used it on 1 hand. It didn't really give me an incentive for use, the graphics are sub-par at best, and my kids couldn't even get into it.
I really enjoy my Wii fit, and it's really effective. When I keep to it and add it to my regular lifestyle, I could definitely see a change in my body and it built strength. I like that you can set it at an interval and watch TV while you run or do stepping. But... this doesn't work in the long run for me because I lost interest with it... I'll put the board away and sort of forget about it. So I love it, but it doesn't work too well for someone like me who'll forget about it for a while.
I use mine all the time. It's such a fun way to pass the time or help one be more active, especially in those colder months. I wouldn't recommend this as a weight loss regimen on its own, you still have to eat right and be as active as possible, whether that's hitting up a gym, or joining a athletic team. I would say this is a great item to complement a weight loss regimen or to help maintain ones weight and activity levels. It's also a lot of fun for the whole family, you can make a competition out of the mini games.
the wii fit helps me stay active because im a stay at home mom with a new born its easy to get up on the board and get some excerise in a fun way. the system allows me to see my improvements and keeps up to date with my weight....also it detects your wii age which i find is so funny!
I have the wii fit and now bought the wii fit plus. I like the new games they added and you totally feel the muscles working immediately. Advise....dont buy the wii fit. wii fit plus has all the same games and then new ones as well. I have both and was a little bummed they kept the old ones and just added some. Sort of feel like I bought the same game twice. but I do like the new games. I like the karate the best so far. If you do not have the board - you will need to spend extra to get the board to play the game. its about 90.00 for the game and the board.
