I love that you can track your progress. The games are great and fun. I love the yoga and step classes. It makes getting in shape fun and interesting
I had the Wii already, and decided I needed to try out this "Fit Plus" since everyone was raving about it. I was addicted at first (even though graphics were a little lame), but then it ended up in my closet collecting dust. I'd recommend this to anyone who can stay motivated and such, but not for those who get bored easily...
Well, I've had this product for a few years now and I can count the number of times I've used it on 1 hand. It didn't really give me an incentive for use, the graphics are sub-par at best, and my kids couldn't even get into it.
It really is a workout, sure the trainers are great and the yoga instruction but the real fun lies in the games, you work out very hard, learn to have true balance, and have lots of fun at the same time. I hadn't realized how much I was actually working out until I had done the hulahoop game for30 minutes and my stomach was irradiating soreness. Lots of fun, just a tad too expensive for me however.
I really enjoy my Wii fit, and it's really effective. When I keep to it and add it to my regular lifestyle, I could definitely see a change in my body and it built strength. I like that you can set it at an interval and watch TV while you run or do stepping. But... this doesn't work in the long run for me because I lost interest with it... I'll put the board away and sort of forget about it. So I love it, but it doesn't work too well for someone like me who'll forget about it for a while.
I use mine all the time. It's such a fun way to pass the time or help one be more active, especially in those colder months. I wouldn't recommend this as a weight loss regimen on its own, you still have to eat right and be as active as possible, whether that's hitting up a gym, or joining a athletic team. I would say this is a great item to complement a weight loss regimen or to help maintain ones weight and activity levels. It's also a lot of fun for the whole family, you can make a competition out of the mini games.
This is a great game to add to your exercise routine. You can create your own workouts, set weight goals, and find out how many calories you have burned! I especially enjoy the yoga section. I recommend this to anyone who owns a Wii and is looking to add more to their routine, or for those starting a new exercise regimen.
the wii fit helps me stay active because im a stay at home mom with a new born its easy to get up on the board and get some excerise in a fun way. the system allows me to see my improvements and keeps up to date with my weight....also it detects your wii age which i find is so funny!
I got this game for Christmas and upgraded my existing Wii Fit. I love all these new exercises and games! I can never beat my husband at anything but finally I did with the snowball fight game :) Too fun! I like that it shows you the equivilant in food of how many calories you have worked off throughout your session. Also, you can pick a goal in calories or form of food and it will suggest a workout for you to obtain that goal. I never get tired of the exercises since you unlock new challenges all the time.
Overall its tons of fun and you don't even notice that you are working out (unless you are like me and it tells you how uncoordinated you are!)
