I have had this game for Wii for several years and love it!! The workouts are awesome. You can do them with or without the remote, have the ability to choose your own pace and can take a fitness test to decide whats right for you. I really enjoy these workouts! It offers circuit training, boxing, yoga, etc.

So, we haven't bought this yet, we rented it first, to see if it would be worth it. WELL WORTH IT! Bob and Jillian did a great job with this one! Highly recommended!
