Wild Tuna Pasta Salad with Red Peppers, Tomatoes, and Green Peppers has a tasty balanced blend of textures and ingredients. The overall quality is supreme. The peppers have full flavor without being spicy. The Fusilli Pasta has the right firmness. The Skipjack Tuna is on the bottom and marries well with the green olives, capers, peppers and tomatoes. Sunflower Oil adds consistency that does not mask the flavors. I greatly enjoyed this Ready-to-Eat Protein (17g) packed tuna salad straight from the can. I think this Wild Tuna Pasta Salad will pair finely with a green salad, white wine and/or a hearty cracker. It will be a staple in my home for a quick nutritious snack and stored with my foods for Emergency Supply.
