This herbal Dtox is a 12 day program designed to cleanse some of the body systems internally. It is really hard but works so well!! You MUST stick to a healthy eating regimen for the entire 12 days (a list of what's allowed and not allowed is included in the kit). Consider this kit a way to kickstart a healthy lifestyle change or boost the healthy lifestyle you already live! It's pricier than other cleanse/detox products out there but it works far better. I noticed a 5 lb drop in weight after day 3 and noticeably less tummy bloat. My skin feels great!! I feel far more energetic and notice I'm becoming very aware of food choices I make.
