Recently, I've completed my first Wild Rose detox that was recommended by my friend, and I was quite amazed by the results. First of all, I liked that I didn't have to starve myself and had a good variety of foods that I was allowed to eat. It was very interesting to find different recipes and experiment with new meals at the kitchen, but time consuming; however, when going out with friends it was nearly impossible to find a place to eat out. I didn't lose much weight (only 2.5kg), but I did feel much lighter and healthier after the detox. My skin condition improved and my skin, overall, became tighter. As for the supplements, my least favorite was the liquid drops. As a result, I added some water to it to dilute the concentrated herbal taste. Overall, I would definitely do this detox again, especially after big holidays or family dinners.
It is one o f the most commonly used detox kit. Very popular, because it is easy to use and it is effective. The only drawback is that your diet is going to be extremely limited for 2 weeks if you follow their dietary recommendations.
I usually use this detox twice a year - winter and summer - to help aid in cleansing my kidneys, urinary tract, and gastrointestinal system. This also helps me get out of any nasty habits I might have accumulated - for 12 days you take the herbal supplements 2x daily and abide by a sugar/wheat free diet. There is a booklet included that will tell you what you can and cannot consume and I think it's relatively easy to follow since it's close to my normal diet and is only for 12 days.
My skin feels incredible in the first few days, and I also sleep better and have more energy. It also empties literally everything out of your system. It's a great feeling of cleansing and starting fresh. I have tried other less expensive cleanses, but this one so far has been the most effective with the fewest side effects - sometimes a little discomfort for the first day or two.
