I bought this cake leveler 2 years ago and continue to attempt to use it, hoping it will work, but it doesn't. The blade is not strong and heavy enough that it just bends around your cake and doesn't actually cut through it. It was a 'new' and 'improved' version of their old cake leveler, but the old one is waaaaay better. This one is nice as it folds up and adjusts to several different heights, but doesn't do what it was built to do. Waste of money.
