This fondant roller is awesome. The fondant doesn't stick to it and rolls it out perfectly. I've even used it to roll out my pie crust dough. Perfect.

This is a great rolling pin for rolling out fondant. Because it is made out of plastic it is smooth and leaves your fondant unmarked. (Wooden ones often leave some sort of faint pattern.) It also comes with easy guide rings so you can roll your fondant to a particular thickness. It also comes in different lenghts for any fondant need.
