oi! this stuff taste like your poisoning yourself. it will DEFINITELY stop you from biting nails or thumb sucking. I am so tired of having ugly nails and wrecking my teeth, so I apply it every morning to deter myself from biting. so far (two weeks) so good!! *fingers crossed* i keep applying!
