This show is about a family who have magical powers and they can cast spells. It is a great show for families or just for kids. It's cute and has very quirky and funny acting.

I actually enjoyed this show. It's about a family of wizards who are taught how to do magic and have lessons but get into so many situations. Pretty funny but it did end and they made a movie, I also watched that as well.

Alex Russo and her brothers Justin and Max come from a long line of wizards and now must master their newly learned powers or lose them forever. Their dad, Jerry, gave up his powers when he married their mortal mom. The family business is Waverly Sub Station in busy Manhattan, and the three young wizards get into all sorts of crazy situations as they grow up facing typical teen challenges like school, friends, family and magic.

We watched this show as a family from day one to the last show. It's such a family oriented show centered around the wizard family. So many fun episodes come to mind. Many celebrity guest stars have stopped by the Waverly Sub Station. Many issues were presented on this show and some cool magic was performed. We thoroughly enjoyed watching this Disney gem. Both my kids grew up watching Selena Gomez and we even drove to the Syracuse State Fair in Syracuse, NY to see her in concert. We were in the first few rows and I took some awesome photos. Selena gives a great show and Wizard of Waverly Place was the perfect stage for her to get her acting and singing career in motion. Your whole family will sit down together and have a good time with Alex and the gang.
