Affordable, smooth and versatile!

Definitely an affordable wine - not only have I used it to cook with but have used it to pair with grilled meats. I find that this is a go-to wine especially when trying to serve guests with unknown wine favourites. Always a safe bet!

Great staple

Wolf Blass is a great staple inexpensive wine to have on hand for cooking and drinking. The Shiraz is a 2015 bottle. Plum, spice and pepper marry well with subtle oak, creating a rich structured wine with length of flavour.
