Always light and fluffy, this bread provides great nutrition as a white bread substitute without the usual dryness of whole wheat. It keeps well throughout the week, maintaining its softness.

This bread is one of the best I've ever tried. It also keep long in the fridge. The crust tastes slightly bitter after toasting, but it's not bad. I love how soft and fluffy this bread is in comparison to the local store brand.

I tend to usually buy whole wheat and this is just great for me. No matter what I have in a sandwich, I believe the bread makes a big difference.I do buy a lot of store brands or no names so the definite difference in a good bread is undeniable for me.
