Glowing skin the next day!

Last year, my skin became very dry and the only remedy was oils, and since then, they have become an obsession of mine. At "Beauty Date x MTL", a beauty event hosted by Skinvestment, I was given a "Nourishing Facial Oil" from the brand Woodlot.

This plant-based oil is filled with vitamins from rosehip oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, argan oil, shea butter, chamomile oil and lavender oil. When it comes to oils, I'm always afraid that it might too thick and that it'll take quite some time for the skin to absorb it before I can proceed with the next step of my skincare routine. Surprisingly, this oil feels light and the skin absorbs it quickly. I didn't expect to see results right away but my skin felt more supple and had a healthy glow the next morning! Woodlot's "Nourishing Facial Oil" has become my go-to oil when I lack of sleep and when I need to restore my skin immediately!

Amazing Organic Oil!

If anyone asks me one of my favorite skincare products, it would be oils. They are often so versatile and definitely a staple during my Canadian winters. Woodlot is a Vancouver based brand and they created this beautiful organic oil so well for all skin types. It claims to "illuminates, brightens and corrects the appearance of skin tone for a balanced, radiant complexion." It contains "Rosehip Oil, Olive Oil, Apricot Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Shea Butter, Bergamot Essential Oil, Chamomile Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil."

As someone who suffers from dehydrated and sensitive skin, this light oil definitely nourished and brightened my skin beautifully during my sleep. I only use this oil at night because its natural scent makes me ready for bed with its soothing vibes. It must be coming from the lavender essential oil. I would believe this oil could be an amazing companion in anyone's routine (if you're not allergic to any of the ingredients) especially during the harsh Canadian winters.
