I ordered this to help me sleep better, I tend to toss and turn and I am easily distracted by pretty much everything in my room. This is so soft and the nose groove is a great added feature making it even more comfortable to wear. This has a Velcro strap and stayed in place perfectly throughout the night.

This also came with a set of soft earplugs, which is perfect If you sleep next to what sounds like a hibernating bear like I do. Overall I think this sleep mask is very well made and is made of great materials, I purchased this at a discount from Amazon.ca but they are regularly priced $12.68 and I would really recommend it to those who need a little help falling asleep.
