So soft, so good

I love these. Their texture is amazing, and makes them great for kids to adults. They are so soft, and dense. The taste is really great, considering they are gluten free. You would not even be able to tell!

I don't follow a strict gluten free diet, but because my either has celiac disease I like to incorporate gluten free food into my every day diet just in order to help him out. I also am a huge fan of anything with peanut butter, so really it was the peanut butter that made me want to try this snack. I love the taste and the texture. It's moist and soft like any good peanut. Utter cookie should be. I also like the size. It's a good portion size for those who are on the go and just want to have a snack in their bags for later.
