Poorly constructed

My son absolutely loves wwe! So when we seen the talking figures of course we had to get a couple, one of them being john cena. We gave it as a christmas gift and when we went to take it out of the package johns hand broke off and wont go back on. We didnt pull it out roughly or anything and we couldnt get our money back because the toy was already opened.
